We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced 

Senior Cyber Security Specialist 

to join Neste’s Cyber Security Team in Espoo! 

As a Senior Cyber Security Specialist you have an important role to design, develop and implement effective security controls to Neste globally. You´ll participate in designated projects and business initiatives as the cyber security specialist. You work closely with multiple stakeholders (e.g Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT, business and suppliers). We expect you to have a strong technical background. 

Your role in our team: 

  • Participate in the development of cyber security projects and work with critical Neste projects as a subject matter expert 
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of cyber security controls 
  • Develop cyber security policies, procedures and recommendations 
  • Ensure Cyber Security services are deployed, configured and managed as required 
  • Develop service related KPI’s to support the reporting of Cyber Security posture 

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is:  

  • Solid experience of cyber security and related technologies 
  • Strong technical knowledge of cyber security 
  • Basic knowledge about security and IT standards (ISO 27001, ITIL) 
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues 
  • Comfortable making decisions quickly and providing clear direction 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or other similar demonstrated knowledge 
  • Fluent English, Finnish is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, Cloud, Infra Security, DevSecOps and AI are considered as a plus
