Are you an expert in OT Cyber Security, ready to make a real impact?

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated OT Cyber Security Specialist to join our Cyber Security team at Neste HQ in Espoo, Finland.

Your Role:

• Develop and implement robust security measures for operational technology systems, including SCADA and ICS.
• Identify vulnerabilities and provide mitigation recommendations through regular assessments.
• Educate teams on cyber security best practices and emerging threats.
• Stay current with cyber security trends, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead incident response efforts and maintain security awareness.

What You Bring:

• Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or related field, with proven experience in IT/OT networks and cyber security.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Language: Fluency in Finnish.
• Skills: Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations, strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with security tools, and excellent communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable.
